At Stella+Jack, we meet our customers' highest expectations by individually hand-picking gently worn clothing, and making sure that they are in excellent condition, free of any flaws, rips, stains or excessive wear, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Return Policy
We realize that every sale is unique and will gladly take back items with receipt for store credit. Returns must be post-marked within 5 days of purchase, and shipping costs cannot be refunded. New items (sold as "new" with original tag attached) can be returned for cash. Personalized items, such as jewelry, cannot be returned.
Shipping
The shipping fee for all orders within the United States and its territories is $7, regardless of number of items purchased. Larger/heavier items, such as toys and gear, may be charged an additional handling fee. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business day of receipt of payment, via USPS. The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, within the 48 states. We reserve the right to ship via other carriers, such as UPS ground, for larger packages, and shipping policy is subject to change.
